Plaza Group is an investment holding company that manages various brands in Spain, structured in several companies to offer a wide range of services to its customers, all of them linked to the Strategic Areas of Mobility at national level.
As part of its business ecosystem, Grupo Plaza manages the brand STAROIL which since 2004 has built a National Network of Service Areas integrating petrol stations, restaurants, cafeterias and lodging establishments, guaranteeing a comprehensive and high quality experience for its customers.
With more than 1.5 million sales transactions annually, STAROIL manages Mobility Areas that offer diverse energy solutions, from optimised traditional fuels, gas for vehicle use, ultra-fast electric recharging points and a complete offer of cafeterias, restaurants and even lodgings that are complemented by shops, supermarkets and vehicle washing areas. All with the aim of becoming a strategic ally for its customers, ensuring the best service at each strategic stopping point.
With more than 200 employees, the STAROIL Group is organised into different work teams distributed in Strategic Mobility Areas. The central management, located in Pontevedra, coordinates the following key areas: Administration and Purchasing, Accounting, Operations, Commercial, R&D, Legal Department and Customer Service.
Since its foundation in 2004, STAROIL has been led by Pablo V.R. However, the real engine of our growth and consolidation has been and continues to be the joint effort of a team committed to offering quality energy solutions.
